Not sure you can go much further with your engine (staying N/A) to be honest... I'd suggest cams but not sure there are many out there which would give a decent gain per £ on an ST200.

As for the FSE Valve, bin it or sell it to some nobber that's spinning around with trays under his rear wheels down Maccers car park one night. It would be a pointless addition to your car IMO.
