Default Which Tar and glue remover for....

Hi i'm having real trouble trying to remove the black double sided tape that is used on the bottom of stick on wheel weights.

Ive tried some tar and glue remover from work and it did help but took ages and I still haven't got one complete bit of one wheel so whats the best stuff to use as some prat has put the wheel weights on the frojnt of the wheel.

As above thinners will get it straight off! Can't promise it won't affect the paint though..

I bought/used some autoglym tar remover yesterday on some sticky stuff that was used to put light brows on headlights, it got the sticky tape residue off after a few mins, just have to apply it and leave it to work for a couple of minutes, then you probably have to apply some more, but it does work after abit of rubbing. Good thing about buying the autoglym is that is has more than one use
