Hi i'm having real trouble trying to remove the black double sided tape that is used on the bottom of stick on wheel weights.

Ive tried some tar and glue remover from work and it did help but took ages and I still haven't got one complete bit of one wheel so whats the best stuff to use as some prat has put the wheel weights on the frojnt of the wheel.
