Default head gasket going?cracked block:(

the past few times i ve had the car out its been throwing a drop of coolant out over the engine bay and makin strange noises from the header tank,it only does it after a bit of a blast ,but fine when cruising! temp gauge just sits as normal and runs the same too,its got a cometic 3 layer gasket on it,which has been on since i got the car 4-5 years ago!
so what yous think is it startin to let go?? it s also got standard ford head bolts, and is 420 bhp

if its building up lots of pressure in the header tank and forcing water out then it don't sound good. have you tried a pressure test on it to see if there's any exhaust gasses in the coolant. cheap way of finding out.

If the water is being forced out of some where then usually its a hg if theres no leaks anyway...
Let the car cool down and see what your water level is like,if its getting through water its going some where..

Just take along to mot test station and stick the exhaust probe into the air space in the top of the expansion tank immediately upon removing cap, machine needs to be on and warmed up etc ready, this will detect any combustion gasses.
The noises I assume are bubbling type noises ?, this shows your degas pipe is nice and clear, maybe your cap seal is starting to leak slightly ?

no 1 was 7.5 bar
no 2 7.5
no 3 7.2
no 4 7.0
there s shit around the header tank cap and floating in the coolant,so id say something gone, going to pull the head of later to have a look, just hope the block is nt cracked!
