hey there guys knocked my rear view mirror off and was wondering whats the best glue ect to stick it back on with.

gointo a car spares place i bought a kit for Ł3 worked a treat no mess 2 min job can't remember what it was called though

always used the proper little self adhesive pads,most motor factors stock em mate

usually found glue to be useles so stopped trying with it years ago,tho could be wrong nowadays

As above i just buy the proper self adheesive pad, in this weather it will stick no problem if its cold then normally warm the screen with a hair dryer first to help it stick

depends what car its for..if its not a sticky pad job you are better getting it done off a windscreen place.we have proper stuff that is meant for glass to metal. it doesnt contract/expand so wont crack the screen..only charge a fiver or summat..better than trying other stuff and finding out its crap..

if its on that mondao u will need a pad just pop along to your local autoglass im shore they will give u one!

dont forget to remove the bits of last pad, i always give each bit a little scuff off first aswell with a 180 or whatever, never falls off again
