Default HDMI switchers

Ok, My tv only has 2 hdmi sockets on the back, these are used by the sky and blu-ray. I want to connect my XBox with hdmi aswell. Are those auto hdmi switchers any good, do you lose quality with them?

Cheers

ticks all the boxes, including the 1.3 thing

i've got a 4 way switcher which was fairly pricey back in the day, but i wouldn't be without it

and because they are such small dinky boxes, you can put them somewhere else so they don't get in the way and save on getting longer lengths of hdmi cabling

the only issue you might have is that sky boxes dont like being put thru some of them, due to the hdcp sky use. So make sure you get a hdcp compatable switch. I have this issue on mine, but my media pc is normally on, and this "tricks" the sky box into thinking everything is ok.
