2 nights ago a friends brand new 59 plate Focus RS had its front seats stolen from his driveway in Gosforth. These seats are extremely rare and even Ford are struggling to get replacements for him. He is putting a substantial reward up for information that successfully leads to the return of the seats and gives him a name of the people who took them.

Any information regarding these seats is appreciated, they will be a difficult thing to sell and will stand out like a sore thumb in anything other than a Focus RS.

The seats come in a few other cars as well mate, think the badging is the only difference looks wise. The new clio has them afaik.

 

They are Recaro CS seats and arent specific to the Focus. The trim is whats causing the bother. Ford dont stock them.

 

What ones are they? Blue Cloth, Green cloth or full leather?

Surely if they can get into a brand new Focus RS they wouldn't bother to just take the seats but the whole damn car.!!!!

Sorry to hear about the theft...It's beyond me just how they overcome the alarm and more so the deadlocks I guess the thought it might have a tracker fitted saved the whole car but iwhat a night mare.
I know some one who had there tailgate complete nicked wile on there drive way from a mk 1 rs it seems nothing is safe if they want it they will find some way of nicking it.
