At what power and torque level do you need to change rod bolts on 1.6 cvh. I dont know my current bhp level. Have you any ideas?

i use ARP's , first motor is still in my garage with a 50mm hole in the side from a rod bolt which let go
ARP's just give you that little peace of mind , you wanna gable on a 6 quid bolt set keeping your coupla grand motor together?
