I took my fuel pump carrier off and the bolt that fits inside the spare wheel well with the washer head and two rubber bushes has broke/seized does anybody know if ford still do this ? Im looking to fit an auto specialists fuel pump carrier does this come with the said bolt and rubber bushes ??

hard to find them mate.i made one at work from nylon and then just a stainless nut under it to hold it.was a fucker to get out so i had to cut mines off.

 

Steve what did you do reguarding the rubber bushes as mine have fallen apart lol !!!

 

I've got 2 brand new, holding on to them for the moment tho! Steve's prommised one if I sell anyhoo

anyway, I just used 2 large repair washers and rubber washer inbetween when I didnt have the proper one

 

my rubber bit was ok mate so i cant help you there,two new ones......greedy

 

I'll keep it till there are no escorts left and it'll be worthless

 

ive recently fitted an auto specialist stainless holder , and it comes with everything to bolt it onto the wheel well mate (new rubbers , washers and bolt)
