SUPERB cars mate....................
All the best biits from the Audi/VW group.....put into a "Hard as Nails" looking car that handles superb and drives really nice, with LOADS of room, Half leather, climate control ect ect ect..............All that for a 03 plate car with 50k on.....Ł3500...
What more do you want
And if you buy one....my plate is for sale....Ł450 with everything paid, ready to fit straight onto the car

Had one for a couple of months now, done a few miles but FSH and not a mark on it - its economical, good handling, half leather, climate, VAG quality for bargin money, pretty nippy too - hoping to get ours remapped. Not overly common either
Can't go wrong

Wish id never sold mine tbh, im after another one, oustanding cars and by far the best car ive ever owned! Plenty of people are snobs towards the badge, but tbh my VW Bora was nowhere near as good quality as it
heres my old one....

You wont regret having buying one imo

The badge monkeys have the biggest problem with the Skoda Brand. I worked for skoda uk for a few years so know all about it LOL
As for the VRS, pretty much the same problems that affect the Golf/bora/leon/beetle affect the Vrs as well.
Coil packs, maf sensors, wishbone bushes, daft electrical gremlins (usually water ingress into drivers door window mech, but most things easily sorted.
If driven sensibly, fuel consumption aint too heavy, and they are an underated quickish car.
Briskoda.net is a useful source of info as well if you get stuck on anything.

Things to check:
Cambelt and water pump change before 60k miles.
Front wishbone bushes.
Between 1500 and 2000rpm might have a hesitation, normally caused by standard dump valve or the N75 sensor next to it - easy to replace.
They are brilliant cars and I love mine. People are not that bad taking the piss it's a Skoda. If they do ask which company build Skoda's and which company build the Bugatti Veyron

Just got a brand new one in race blue (last weekend), they go well and seem to be very comfy and ideal for long journeys!(you even get chaved up red brake callipers!), weve also got the old'er Fabia VRS - again brilliant cars!
