The badge monkeys have the biggest problem with the Skoda Brand. I worked for skoda uk for a few years so know all about it LOL

As for the VRS, pretty much the same problems that affect the Golf/bora/leon/beetle affect the Vrs as well.

Coil packs, maf sensors, wishbone bushes, daft electrical gremlins (usually water ingress into drivers door window mech, but most things easily sorted.

If driven sensibly, fuel consumption aint too heavy, and they are an underated quickish car.
