Personally, I think the angle it too shallow in relation to the TCA on yours Stu and from the pic strength would be my concern, especially since we know how your car will be used!!
That is MY opinion though, feel free to totally disregard it!!

So what way would be better way S1 way or Stu way?
I'm thinking of mounting the way Stu did but I think I'll mount the bracket somewhere more up... to have an agle of 30-40 degrees. I'm thinking of this mode to improov my lounch for drag racing... what was your idea?

I can't really see what there is to gain by 'making' these parts. Surely S1/RS1600i/Turbo Technics parts are just as effective. I appreciate that the Turbo Technics kit is rare, but the S1/RS1600i parts are fairly easy to come by.
I can't imagine there is any difference to feel to be honest, well not directly anyway.
Mine is the way it is to give further adjustment. Obviously the TCA design is flawed anyway and makes the possibility of hitting optimum geometry settings unlikely. Fitting a system with further adjustment in the way that we have to our cars (although a few different methods) makes hitting your desired settings alot more likely. Infact mine was exactly what we wanted last alignment.
