Default How much boost to run?

Hi guys, I picked up my s2 1600 rs turbo the other day and am wondering on safe boost to run on it and expected power output. The specs are as follows:

k and n filter
Front mount pace intercooler
full stainless exhaust turbo back
dumpvalve
Aftermarket ECU it has something like motortech written on it.

Im going to install a boost gauge amongst some others soon to see if it has had the boost upped but i am pretty sure it is standard.

Just wanted to know how I increase boost and how much I will be able to run daily and safely with the above specs.

I would not just turn it up as it will end in tears the fueling needs setting up to i had about 15psi running around same spec when first had my car and was running 185bhp but soon got bored of it thats when it started to get unreliable though
