First off everything was fine' Then i notice on my engine monitor that the throttle angle was saying 15% with no throttle applied? pulled the TPS off but still plugged in and still says 15%... Tried to turn it to 0% but it will not go any lower
... Was idling at 2K this morning but that has since gone back to normal. Put on a brand new TPS but its still the same
..
Please help

Try to adjust the stop on the back of the throttlebody, it may have come loose, loosen it a bit, adjust the tps again until sero, then u may have to adjust the idling screw again

ahh, yes it should be, but not always as it´s up the the chip what data from the tps is input.
otherwise it may be a defect wire?
Does it wary in data if u open the throttle slowly or is it stabel?

It dose move up but not sure if it goes to 100%. I did check the voltage on one of the wires today and it was just under 5v at WOT and 3.2 at 1/2 and iirc 0.4 at rest
Have a check of the wiring loom condition.
Also, check the monitor is connected properly.
Sometimes due to bad installation
the wire pulls the plug out ofthe back of the monitor and causes missreads.

They can be adjusted internally if not set correctly at the factory as there is a allen screw inside that is the stop that the mechanism rest on, the stop/allen key is adjustable once halves are prised apart, but shouldn't imagne it's this tbh.

Well i still have this problem and the plug at the back of the SECS is fine... Do they go wrong at all?
What pins at the ECU would i have to check and in what combination? ie volts/continuity ?

Just found this' Dose it sound about right for setting up a PF09 without the monitor ?
Pin 1 of ecu connect your negative probe.
Pin 17 of ecu connect your positive probe.
Plug the ecu multiplug back into the ecu and turn on the ignition.
Adjust the sensor to read <0.35volts at idle position.

YEs thats about right.
The best way that ALWAYS works for me is to unplug the TPS and loosen the retaining screws to a point where the TPS sits where it wants to under its own spring pressure.
Then tighten the screws and reconnect it.
On a L6 (2wd) system, the voltage should sit around 4.7 volts or more at idle and go down to about 0.3 volts at full throttle.
On a L8/P8 (4wd) system, the voltage should sit around 0.3 volts at idle and go up to about 4.6 volts at full throttle.
If the car is running right idling and acceration wise, The chances are the monitor has a fault or the wiring to it is faulty.
