First off everything was fine' Then i notice on my engine monitor that the throttle angle was saying 15% with no throttle applied? pulled the TPS off but still plugged in and still says 15%... Tried to turn it to 0% but it will not go any lower ... Was idling at 2K this morning but that has since gone back to normal. Put on a brand new TPS but its still the same ..

Please help
