Can you post up a photo from your set up. I wanted to mount the fans on the rad but i'm running short in space! i just can't get it in! the IC sticks to far out for the bonnet to close

Secone that!

Had a Radtec front mount and alloy rad on my old ZVH and they did an awesome job...Never had heat issues other than when the only Ford part involved was fubar'd (fan switch )

This is my set-up, but it runs f**king hot. 1/2 way on the gauge on motorways and 3/4 to just under red driving hard

Pace alloy rad, 10" twin kenlowe fans and GRS intercooler.

I had a similar prob...Try mounting one fan facing the Rad behind the IC, made a pretty good difference consideringfor me.

Very nice S2 btw

Cheers Adam,

Both the fans face the radiator, but I don't think there's enough airflow through the intercooler getting to the Rad.

Have put bonnet raisers on and removed the plates on the bonnet vents, but still need the engine temp to come down a tad.

IMO, its the rad thats not helping. Also, put an 82° Thermostat in it. I would also trim some material out of the bumper. You can trim the underneath of the main bar and remove all the foam in that area, which won't affect how it looks from the front, but will free up alot of space for airflow.

Yeah would of only been a minimal drop in temps as well, i'd had a few last night

But yeah as Christian said i'd do some bumper modding & maybe look into some newer fans?...

How I had it on my last S2...

People like Twins on here do amazing fabrication stuff, maybe drop him a pm
