Default Head Thickness

What is the std head thicness for a 4x4 head

What is the minimum thickness it can be before it is rubish

(head thickness between top and bottom mating serfaces)

So once the head thickness gets to 138.68 mil then its rubish and only good for the bin

Is this the same for all heads 2wd & 4x4 ?

once it gets to that thickness stick it on ebay as a n/a cossie head

either sell it or stick a set of low comp pistons in it.

mine is 137.8mm. there is no reason to bin the head. the only concern is the potential for valve to piston contact. lop some off the piston crown or get lowerc r pistons
