Looking at going to Parma Nova on an all inclusive in a few weeks and i have seen a good deal...£404 for 7 nights

Has anyone been there??????????

Palma Nova.............Thats the one

Stopping at Sol Tordos hotel.............if you know it.

It says it is right near the beach and the town ect.......

Just me and the Missus going, so is it a nice place then

palma to relax, magaluf to party

best of boths worlds and only 10 mins walk between both

Yeh we went there for our last holiday, its not mainland spain as said, its Majorca.

Great place, 5 mins walk from Magaluf, and REALLY chilled out.

There is a place not far from where we stopped where they do an outside BBQ type place, just off the street.

BEST rib-eye steak Ive had, u see em cook it, straight off the BBQ to ur plate.. Check it out..

Magaluf, there is a lot of cool things going on till early hrs, just beware of the 15,000 people asking u to go into their bars for X amount for a drink. Just say "That place down the road does it for half that price" and off ya go..

That was the only thing that put me off about Magaluf.

Is that the Flintstones themed hotel ?????

We stayed there 2 years ago all inclusive

 

Thats the one.............................. Just reading mixed reviews of it.....But for the money i think it looks a safe bet

 

Just a quickey before i book it................ Ihow far from the airport is it as the transfers are an extra £40....or shall i get a taxi???

 

taxi will cost around 40-50 euros if i remember right.

To be honest mate we fookin hated it

same food everyday (menu)

the beer was terrible,

we've travelled a fair bit in our time and stayed in some rough places, (2 star B+B in India) but it was a lot better than that place.

If its just you and the missus mate spend a bit extra and go to another hotel.

Try to imagine Butlins with shite beer, same menu every day and hundreds of screaming kids, your half way there then

***disclaimer*** don't let me put you off though everybodys different.

I went there with my Mrs, second day someone opened our safe in our room with a key and took about £700 worth or euros, had to wait a full day with no money at all for my dad to transfer some money into my acount Inside job! Cant remember the hotel name, will find out incase its the same one
Go get a pizza from Godfathers, best pizza ive ever had

 

palma nova nice place, as people said best of both worlds
chill in palma nova rave in magaluf
as for that hotel dont know it but try the Don Bigote hotel
nice and cheap but clean with good food

Palma Nova is a bit too commercialised (sp) to be honest! I would go to a smaller place Like Cala Bona or Cala Ferrera. Both Lovely places. Depends on what type of holiday you want really.

Nice place, make sure you go and see the pirates show in magaluf, funny as fuck and good night out

we went to see the pirates show and thought it was absolute bollox. Was about 40 Euros each, and it was a Cattle market inside. They stuff 4 adults onto seat that can hardly sit 2!

 

just got back from there last monday, the taxi from the airport is only 30 euros about £21 thats for deffinite. if its a sol hotel you cant go wrong.

went couple of years ago to magaluf and the two towns virtually join at night in a long strip of bars/clubs..

shit hot..

 

So i am ok to get a taxi when we land......dont want to be stuck at the airport.

How long is it from the airport to palma nova

 

taxi journey about 20-25 mins iirc,
there,s usually loads outside airport

 

taxi is about €35 top's each way

 

hotel Tobago has great food and stunning view's, stayed there 4 times.
i came back yesterday love it there. go there in dec too every year, it costs about £40 for a return flight for that time of year and the temp is up to about 26 deg even then and the place is deserted .

always book it all myself though, flights, hotel etc and just grab a taxi at the airport.

last week it was 32 degs out there

what you drive around as fords always seam to quite rare in palma nova

seen a modded red 3dr focus floating about a bit mind

 

i saw a white 3dr cossie (proper one) when i went over there. Although, the spanish havent got a clue how to modify, as this particular 3dr had some aftermarket bodykit on it.

 

i stayed in the tabago about 3 years ago and was dissapointed with the food tbh but it is in a great spot for veiws and the beach though
