How Can This Be....???
apart from dodgy cars for sale-
a dealer can hold onto a (say) 92 car and register it in 2007 if he wishes to.
first registered 2007!! thats how you get the 97p plates etc but youve got to have some dosh to hold on to the car for that lentgh of time, imagine the cost now of a rs 2000mk2 first reg 20007!!!!!!-0/delivery miles!! dealers still hold on to cars, but most want to sell and get a fast turnaround for there out lay-remember the ggr one!!!! 1 owner !! delivery milage!! now if that one hadnt been registered and just sat their!!!!!!!!!! nice buy but at what cost!! its a lot of money to be tied up for a small dealer-----------

its a ESCORT COSWORTH
just built up from a motorsport shell or a unused road car shell
or if your unlucky a stolen shell or one from a break only category.
they are 100% not supposed to go back on the road, but i know of
stuff that gets through.
best bet is a genuine thing from a ford dealer when it was new,
if you don't want people slagging it off when you come to resell
as in a lot of peoples eyes they are dodgy, even if there is a
reasonable explanation
