Just spent half an hour in the shop deciding over forza or mcrae's Dirt on the xbox360.

Came home with neither.

Can anyone tell me what both games are like so i can make my mind up??..................i can only afford one.

 

my brother raves about forza 2, i have seen it but never played it

Forza is awesome but i have become bored of it half way through career mode. The graphics on CM Dirt are amazing and better then FM2.

 

forza is great game. Love it ( but im a GT fan )

 

buy forza for realism, if u want an arcade buy Dirt. i dont like dirt as the game is not meant as a sim but as an arcade so arcade style driving.

certainly not a nrmal colin mcrae game - only good bit about it is the hill climb cars as they are fast and you get the sense of speed and power not like the other cars not mentioning a car thats ruined on the game but the mk2 escort lol

 

Both for Ł50 from Gamestation online .. Must admit i've not even plapyed dirt yet!

I would go for Forza having played the Demo's but at that price i couldn;t refuse having both

 

I have Forza 2 and its awsome.... GT for the Xbox basically

I've played the Dirt demo and while the graphics are amazing, its just so acarde like... great fun tho

Dirt is ok, Forza is great! (and has chaved up motors too!)

dirt is pants, you will get bored of the arcady graphics quick and it shit on-line, forza is a1 game and the bollox on-line

 

Both good games in their own way.

Arcade feel to dirt is great when your hammering through the forest sections, graphics are shit hot too.

Forza is as said Gran Turismo for the Xbox although I still dont think it will be a patch on GT5, getting right into Forza now though so we'll see what its like when I have some good cars in my garage

Amazing driving game untouchable atm IMO, juat waiting for Gran Turismo 5 now

 

have played forza and thoiht it was awesome, my mate has just got dirt and says its blows it outta the water- i'm not sure but it does look good

 

Forza 2 is you want it to be as real as possible but be bored to death after playing for a while..

CmD if you want more fun.. it keeps you more interested than forza Ive found

 

I bought DiRT as they didn't have Forza in the shop, and finished it in 1 week its a good game, but its not going to have much of a long life with me, I've got 960 achievement points though

 

forza is the best driving simulator around at the mo imo, even though i usually hotlap on the pad ive just got the wireless xbox wheel and it is the dogs

Gran turismo will never get near forza for gameplay,it might look prettier once its finally released but Gt is easy peasy compared to forza

forza is a proper simulator not some arcadey feeling rubbish with pretty graphics,thats why the top gamers in the world play forza and spit at the mention of GT
