all props ,drive shafts have been done if worn and the gearbox has just been re-coned...been in the garage today and they're stumped aswell...u can drive for a week and its fine then all of a sudden its shacking its cock off....anyway bttt.....
I remember one of the letters in PF or FF a few years back that described a similar problem. The juddering eventually caused a massive transmission failure. IIRC it was caused by a dodgy sensor, possibly a temp sender or something. Cant remember much more than that though!

if the bushes are deflex then change them!!!!!!!
they are shit & are what caused the problem with mine.
put a breaker bar on 1 of the front wheel nuts and try to tighten it & u will probably find the the whole strut will move.

Other than TCA bushes and discs/bearings etc I can't bring anything new to the table........BUT, was it NUTTER that had a problem like this and found it down at ZOO with Brom eventually. I know his was 2wd but it might be worth looking?

no mate new ford one just like i was told...the only thing we could find on the car that was worn was both bottom ball joints and they have been changed....also took the brakes apart and regreased the pistons in case they were binding on....3 weeks and the car is fine.....then it does it again....fukn sick as fuck.....
..
..
I had something similar on my saph a couple of years ago. it was one of the front calipers sticking. replaced and prob went away. Could it be that the regreasing of the pistons has only sorted it temporarily? might be worth getting them off again and having another look now.
