is it safe to buy a car that has been used to pay off depts
thinking about buying an escort but the owner is selling it cheap because it was once taken buy baylifts or something to pay off a dept.

nah they are quite common most of wandsworth car auctions cars are from the police on the cdr(civil debt recovery) bill its pretty pointless they make no money from it.
