I dont think you can say its a race killing unless you know the persons feelings on race. If a black guy kills a chinese man its not a race killing unless the guy is confessed rascist. People band that term around any time one race kills someone from another. Some races even use it as a social defence.

Shocking aint it! Theres been a massive increase in crime and murders around my way in the last few years. I'm only 21 but already 2 people i know my age have been murdered very near by and numerous more!! Perfetic!!!

 

There was a 40 strong gang war on the Callon estate in Preston this weekend too which landed one asian dead.

Apparently, so I have been told, the asian stabbed the white lad in the arm, and the white lad managed to get the knife and rammed it into the asian's neck.

According to The Sun, Preston is the race hate capital of the UK!! Not too long ago, it was the insurance fraud capital of the UK as well!!

my brother in law was asked to work the callum estate on sunday, to insite authority into the "gangs" to warn them off,....

Anyone can perceive it as a racial incident and that is how the Police have to treat it. It could be someone who witnesses the fight or anyone else for that matter. It doesn't matter what was in the mind of the offender.

 

I agree that RACE HATE is a term to easily thrown around, with often more harmful resluts.

The fact is often people stick in groups after leaving school etc. In my case at nearly 30 years old, 90 percent of my mates are white, I am white, i don't hate anyone, but if me and me mates were the sort to batter someone and that person was black or asian, what would it be called...A Race Hate crime

Some Asian lads i know (top lads) hang around in a group of purley asian lads. Not by a racist choice, but because thats just how it turned out.

I do not agree with shits beating people up or killing people, but drumming up race issues is making things worse!

 

I might add, that it's not that race hate crimes don't happen, they do, a few years back in Coventry a series of asian got a kicking from white lads and it was branded as race hate, which it well could have been.

Following that, white bashing began, one i witness first hand, A dopey looking goth was walking along and 3 big asian lads run up boot the shit out of him calling him a white cunt.

The guy didn't even fight back, just got pasted, then the 3 guys ran off!
