I know of an asian chap who takes a 200 yard walk from his office to the bank with a bag full of cash from his shop, lets say a deposit on a decent mortgage every week,
So if i was to Clump him round the head and cause abit of damage, steal his bag and give it some serious Linford,
Would that be racially motivated???????????
