Default Biggest laugh in ages......

As some of u know my claim for my crash in 2002 is still outstanding althou a court date is due anytime now. Well i had a letter come thru with a video today with surveilance footage of me outside my house was a bit worried incase it was something incriminating that could cause problems if it went to court, but ended up pissing myself when i saw it!!!!!!!!

Its footage from 3 different times in oct/nov last year. Now taking into account it was stated early last year my neck was at a nuisense level but still had the odd problem with it but had done the college course and they were informed of my job i started in april at McLaren and i had at no point anytime last yr said i was unable 2 lift things/move things etc hence me going back 2 work..............

Ive got 13mins of pure bollocks its mostly in the dark and u can just about make me out althou in court it wouldnt stand as evidence as its not clear, that and the fact u see me working under the bonnet with a spanner or something then closing it and eventually driving off down the road, to which they put in a statment that due to my irratic driving and excessive speed they couldnt keep up and after circling the area they couldnt find me and gave up then u see me driving home another time, then some footage in the day of my nan in the garden wtf?!?!

Dunno whether 2 be pissed off or piss myself laughing at it all as it stands for fuck all, and proves fuck all and still cant work out why they did it as ive had a full time job for ages now and they could film me stripping the car and lifting the engine out by handand it wouldnt stand for shit at this point in the case Be nice if i can do them for invasion of privicy due to the fact nothing could have been used from any footage now, would be a different story if it was footage while i was of work 2yrs and i was doing any sort of manual work!!!

Its one of two things..... they either thing your case is strong and are trying to get anything that's gonna go against you.... or they really think you are trying to pull the wool! Know what I mean?

Yea i know what u mean but its a complete waste of time doing it now!!! ive been training since 2004 and working since 2005 all of which they know as a sprayer so it aint like ive said i cant do fook all and they can catch me out by footage like that!!!

As i say had it been footage of when i was off work for 2yrs fair enuff i'd be a bit worried but doing it now is fookin pointless and even my solicitor said it was a joke especially as it will just add 2 the list of fees they have 2 pay at the end of it!! cocks

who was following you mate?
A surveillance team sent by the other sides solicitors trying to get footage for some bizzare reason!!! but by the time they had gotten 2 the bottom of my road i was long gone, shame as i didnt even get 2 see me booting it off down the road in the cossie

Doesnt surprise me in the slightest. I had the same thing happen, it really is annoying to think that instead of speeding up your claim the Insurers pay some PI ŁŁŁ's to follow you about and research what your upto.

I know of others who have had the same sort of treatment. In court Judges do not like this kind of invasion of privacy and treat it for what it is.
A snapshot taken at a point in time, not an indication of how injuries sustained effect your day to day life.

Best of luck sounds like they are scrape'ing the bottom of the barrel.

Init

Funniest thing is its so blurry if i wanted 2 be funny i could say that unfortunatly i do not remember my actions/whereabouts on that day and it could have been any number of friends that stay round my house!!!!

But as i have nothing 2 hide now point

Really thought it was footage of me pulling the engine out single handed or something

I know of others who have had the same sort of treatment. In court Judges do not like this kind of invasion of privacy and treat it for what it is.

Really?! im half tempted 2 go 2 court and fuck their final offer when they make it, depending how much there is!!! Ive got years of doctors reports/notes, proof that i had 2 go 2 a retraining college 2 learn a new trade as i was unfit 2 do my old job due to the stress/problems i had after the accident and as u say this is just an invasion of privicy as theres nothing at all at that point in time they could gather as evidence as i was in ful ltime emplyment since april!!!! still cant beleive they sent it what they think im gonna do back out cos they've got footage of me using a spanner or something on the car before i drove it?!?!

Still gutted i didnt get footage of me driving in an erratic manner then speeding off

They clutching at straws me thinks?? They dont sound very professional to be honest, 2yrs too late for a start and the facts you have put up above make pretty strong reading to be fair, even re trained nice one. Your nan is a film star

Yea its petty really, so either their hopeing that somehow would make me shit myself and take a piss poor offer or they 'may' have more footage, but at the end of the day it has 2 be disclosed before the court date or its inadmissable, plus ive never stated i couldnt do any manual work, especially since i started my training course in 2004!! ffs i work as a sprayer which involves lifting heavy panels

My mate also had the same thing

He lost a eye trying to remove a gear from a gearbox whilst at work.

Had people follow him even into B&Q

Also some shots of him working on HIS car.

He cannot work in the motortrade now as no-one will insure him with one eye. He has never said that he is unable to work.

This has also been going on about 3 years as well

Steve.

It'll be 4yrs in april mate

I think its the fact that their last offer was Ł7500 and the case was value'd at about 35k ish by a barrister last year that their doing silly things like that now

Ah well lets see what their final offer is now other wise its going to court!!!!!!! and despite a few discrepencies theres nothing ive done wrong so not overly bothered

The worst thing out of all this is that i had incapacity benefit for a while which came 2 about 3k, and ive gotta pay it back at the end of it all despite needed it to live on at the time, and yet theres ppl bullshitting the system and claiming money day in day out and they get away with it

Worse thing was while i was off because i was living with my parents i wasnt allowed any housing benefits either despite the fact im an adult and pay rent yet if i would have moved out i would have, wish i had now

They cant say or prove 'excessive speed' in court unless they had a calibrated recording device such as VASCAR and they must be trained to use the device up to the latest standards

So tell them to fuck themselves pal

Hi Faye,

Chris has now moved to Swalecliffe but he still has a huge garage.
He is still playing with the cossies, always trying to make them faster than mine and keeps blowing them up LOL.
I do remember the fiesta as i also helped do it I remember when you took it to the pod and kept snapping the driveshafts
It is a very small world indeed.

Steve.

Nah thats cool!! used 2 work in retail management before hand, was coming home from an ex's house on the m25 and the traffic stopped (i had stoped and foot was on brake pedal!) and the car behind kinda didnt Hit me at an estimated 50mph damaging a nerve in my neck and giving me severe whiplash, which i still have occasional problems with now

Not bothered really tbh bout the speed thing mate as thats not what their trying 2 prove, that and theres no video evidence 2 back it up so its just a PI's word which doesnt stand for dog shit

Even my solicitor didnt knw what they were getting at with it as i spoke 2 him 2day, althou aparently the other solicotors want me 2 give them comments as 2 what i make of it.....................

Pen at the ready and here i go
