Doesnt surprise me in the slightest. I had the same thing happen, it really is annoying to think that instead of speeding up your claim the Insurers pay some PI £££'s to follow you about and research what your upto.

I know of others who have had the same sort of treatment. In court Judges do not like this kind of invasion of privacy and treat it for what it is.
