Nah thats cool!! used 2 work in retail management before hand, was coming home from an ex's house on the m25 and the traffic stopped (i had stoped and foot was on brake pedal!) and the car behind kinda didnt
Hit me at an estimated 50mph damaging a nerve in my neck and giving me severe whiplash, which i still have occasional problems with now
They cant say or prove 'excessive speed' in court unless they had a calibrated recording device such as VASCAR and they must be trained to use the device up to the latest standards
So tell them to fuck themselves pal
Not bothered really tbh bout the speed thing mate as thats not what their trying 2 prove, that and theres no video evidence 2 back it up so its just a PI's word which doesnt stand for dog shit
Even my solicitor didnt knw what they were getting at with it as i spoke 2 him 2day, althou aparently the other solicotors want me 2 give them comments as 2 what i make of it.....................
