Default protein drinks recommendations please

im currently drinking Optimum Nutrition Whey in a choc mint flavour,

what you lot go for? as ive only recently started drinking this after getting back into my training, and although very nice to drink (flavour wise) i can see it getting a bit boring after another 5lb tub lol

what manufacturers and flavours u lot go for?

I rate the maximuscle stuff but its quite priccey Ł99 for 4 x 908gms. I'll go through a tub in 5 days so it s expensive

Just got a 5kg tub of nutriosport 90+ for Ł53 and its not too bad tastwise.

I've used every protein drink under the sun.

For aspartame free, I use Prolab. With aspartame I'd use Myoplex Lite/Diet.

For ready mix I'm using Weider 53g protein ready-to-drink. I also like the EAS and Labrada ones but they're pricey.

I find that the maximuscle products are pretty good, pricey but well worth it. Been using the info that some of you provided to boost my weight so i invested in some maximuscle protein shakes, taste a bit starange at first but you soon get to like them

This may well sound a stupid question now, but should you use these if you are overweight and trying to lose fat?
