Default Cant put on weight, some help please...

Okay so im 23, 10 stone and cant seem to put on weight. Ive tried numerous weight gain shakes and none seem to have any effect.
Im fit and quite toned, i can bang many out push ups, pull ups with my legs out in front etc no problem. I even have a gym up the garden with bench, full kettler multi gym, cycling machine etc but lost interest going up there as i saw no gain in size.
My job is quite physical and having a high metabolism doesnt help.

Typically day diet

Breakfast
5 weetabix & 2 slices of toast

Midmorning snack,
Yogurt & Banana

Lunch
3 rounds of sandwiches, salad with some sort of meat filling (ham chicken etc)
mars bar
banana
crisps

Dinner
Large portion home cooked meal, all veg meat etc

Pre bed snack
3 weetabix or some muesli

Anyone recommend any tips or guides to bulking up?

Many thanks

I used to be 10 stone at 6ft 2.Im now 13 stone years later just ,keep at it with heavy compound weights and size will come on.It wont come over night it takes years of hard graft.Everyone has there own way of doing things mate and one thing will work for one person and not another.

You just have to keep feeding yourself! and the main downfall is make sure you have rest days! and that means nothing otherwise your body has no time to repair itself and breaks down muscle in the process.

Its also hard to balance cardio and weights so if your doing both then it may be too much of one or the other.

I was in the same boat. Tried eating particular foods but didnt see many gains. Easiest way i found was increasing my meal sizes and eating more meals during the day. Its hard to eat during the whole day especially at work as im eating every 2-3 hours. Pre make your food in containers and then at work just whip them out and munch on.

If you wanna get big you need to eat big. If you aint gaining weight currently increase your meals if it still doesnt work keep increasing.

i have just started using bsn syntha 6 for around 5 weeks and i was around 88kg and now i am around 93kg and will be stepping up my weights next week as i have dropped around 15mins off my training time as its not as difficult so i can do it faster .
i normally used holland and barretts whey , and did for a year or so with little improvment but this bsn stuff seems to be working well imo as i like you never seemed to get bigger or increse in weight so should be intresting to see how this helps

Lay about like a fucking slob and eat the most horrendous junk food ever and you will pile on the weight.
