Default Training / diet / supliments

Hey guys right bit of a noob realy to this,

Ive been attending a gym and working out for a few year,

I dont do cardio tho... Only free weights, i am quite strong and have decent triceps/neck muscles.
(nothing major lol)

Basically i wanna get big, im currently 14.5 stone 5ft 11 and got a bit of a gut lol from a bad diet! I dont drink and dont smoke....

So where do i start to get big?
What foods should i eat and when?
What training reigeme should i do? Mixed cardio/free weights?
If so when? For how long?

Are there any suppliments that i could benefit from taking?

I tried creatine a few years ago but gave me headache's so i gave that up,

I also tried nitro bolon and that made me piss like a race horse lol!

So if some of you guys can help me out with a plan it would be much apreciated!!

Simple diet mate of high protein.medium carbs and some good fats you can't go wrong with.supplement wise there is so much but a decent
Impact whey protein
Multivitamin/omega 3
To start with.

You can get carried away with supplements bcaa's,creatine, glutimine etc etc.

I personally like to throw in a few 30minutes cardio sessions each week.cv health is important in my opinion and I wish I had done cardio from day one.

Cardio is important mate, so do that too. Keep it separate from your training, and on different days if you can. Having good stamina is useful when weight lifting, and essential on legs and major body parts.

Eat lots of the right foods for your body weight, and split your workout up into a major body part and a minor one per workout, giving legs their own day because these are very taxing on the body!

Find a good gym partner if you can, get a friend to get into it with you, and then use can work with each other, which is always nice. Helps keep you motivated too. Be careful though, I've been through loads and got sick of waiting around for them to turn up, only to get a text after sitting round the gym for half an hour to be told they're not coming.
