Default How do i move forward? advice needed.

Right where to start, Im looking for some well alot of advice, so here goes.

Im 6.1 and started the year at 17.2 stone. i joined the gym and changed my very bad eating habbits (drink every night and crappy food eveyday) and im now down to 14.5 stone,It was so easy to eat crap as im a sparky and with the lads most times stopping for breakfast and so on. The weight has been coming off bit by bit with no huge jumps and i have picked up abit of strength and some shape to my arms and shoulders. I can see the difference in my weight loss from old pics and to be honest im quite proud of what i have managed to achieve. So i changed the way i ate, Started eating breakfast which was cereal (i never used to have any) then for dinner was a salad and for tea was a normal cooked dinner. Reduced my beer and takeaway to every sat night.

Im now at a stage where i want to lose the fat, my chest and stomach still needs to reduce so i am needing to know what the best eating/diet plan would be.I now have changed the past week to eat as below:

715. Branflakes or porridge with a small amount of sugar,

1015. Protein shake with a bannana

1215 .salad with chicken breast or turkey with a wholemeal pitta or two ravitas.

1400. protein shake with fruit

1715. boiled rice with chicken breast pies or carrots

I do three days at the gym a week, tryng to do more but family and work comitments stop it at the moment.

Can anyone advise me on if my eating is correct or how i need to change to get the most out of what im doing, I think i need to put in some more cardio as at the moment im only getting 20min at the end of every session.

Oh and i take creatine (CEE) aswell.

Any advice would help as i dont want to make things worse or put all the work in with very little results. Sorry for the long read but i thought id give as much info as possible.

thanks adam

loose all sugar and the fruit

watch how many carbs you consume a day

eat small meals

go for fast walks when your not at the gym as thats the best exercise for burning fat
even get your self a bike and go for a half hour ride when you can

een bike to the shops or walk

that should help you on your way

creatine also stores a lot of water mate so i would drop that and swap your fruit for a tin of tuna or turkey portions as there high in protein but lean as anything.

If u wanna eat fruit, have a bit half hour before your train as that will give a small natural energy burst
