Do you train really hard, or do you think you do and you don't? I can't stand people who will be lifting weights and talking about football at the same time.
I've been through so many training partners as I'll be in the middle of something when I get asked 'How fast is your car?' or 'Liverpool are playing good aren't they!'.

if I dont come out the gym dripping and my muscles pump so I cant do anything more then I know Ive done enough
I train chest and triceps and the try to do pressups. If I can do even one pressup I go back on the weights
I suppose that's one way of doing it... Ha. But surely you could be there all day unless you do a proper' set!? By the end of chest it's hard to squeeze my chest together. That throwing up everytime, I reckon' your eating far too close to training.
Would love to lift weights with some of you guys and experience some of this. Been training for 20 years and never seen anyone honk. Legs is the only session that gets me feeling ill.

I reckon we are a right pair of pussies, cos I've never chucked up whilst training. Fair play to their dedication.
i feel like i work out like a motherfucker, but normally by the time i get to the car, i'm fine again. Would like to get a training buddy, but i can't even summon the enthusiasm to go to the gym these last couple of weeks
ive just started to train at the gym with a good old friend of mine. Ive come on a long way in just a few weeks. He is really good. I know when i do my biceps n back,on the lat pull down machine my arms are bloody burning.
