Anyone had any dealings with this protein shake? any good/bad feedback

tastes nice but if you mix it to much it froths up a lot

I think it's definately very good mate. I used to buy the chocolate orange one which was quite nice. I think BSN Syntha 6 is better though.

Yeah it's a pretty personal thing in a way. You could argue for eternity about which one is best. I'm sure I'll cahnge my mind in a couple of months lol. Have you ever tried a pre trainer Ry? I'm just about to try one called Hemo Rage but the best I've ever found before is No Explode. Makes a genuine difference to your training. Gives a huge buzz and awesome pumps.

I am taking phd protein from last two years and test is good. PhD protien is designed to help control weight by helping in probe fuller and longer to satisfy the appetite so as not to binge on calorie filler snacks! It also helps to promote the growth of pre-biotic - precursors to friendly bacteria.
