Syntha 6 Strawberry
MyProtein Creatine Mono - although creating bloats me alot, makes me feel shitty so i don't use it much, although it is v good imo.
My Protein Caffeine Pro - 200mg caffeine tabs, excellent pre work out if you need a boost, although the body creates a tolerance to it qucikly so try not to use for more than 2/3 days in a row.

Basic asda multi vitamin too.

As much as I like Dorian Yates, (Half way through his book) that's not cheap. Your paying for his name.

instant oats are something like Ł6.49 for 2.5kg plus delivery from myprotein. I bought an Ł18 blender and blend my own. It's about Ł1.50 for 1.5kg bag of scotish oats from sainsburys. Takes about 10 minutes to blend up 1.5kg ultra fine. It's worth doing if you use a lot.

I've never bought oats of a supplement site. Are they better than what you can find at the supermarket? Something I've always dismissed tbh.

I put 80g in each shake 4 times a day, bulked up a treat and found it gave me loads of stamina when boxing. I recently ran out so just had regular shakes, just water and protein powder and I deffinately felt tired and more fatiged during training without the 300+ grams of oats a day. I wouldn't say it's better than supermarket oats, I just couldn't blend them as fine at home.

Unless it's for pure convenience I think all protein bars are a waste of money. They're expensive and imo I think they taste like shite. Good if you want big jaw muscles I suppose lol. Any body know of any that seriously taste nice (I mean Cadbury's nice) and don't cost the earth?

I'm on sci-mx grs5 protein every12hours with sci-mx creatine powder (monohydrate) in both. That's really helped with recovery. Im moving onto Sci-mx MRF twice a day and grs5 again for post workout in January but I'm looking to add a stone of lean muscle for summer.

i've just started using anabolic mass II from garnell nutrition which is working well for me. have only been using it for a month but i have put on 10lb in that month nearly and it's not all round my waist. it's not cheap but well worth it.
