instant oats are something like £6.49 for 2.5kg plus delivery from myprotein. I bought an £18 blender and blend my own. It's about £1.50 for 1.5kg bag of scotish oats from sainsburys. Takes about 10 minutes to blend up 1.5kg ultra fine. It's worth doing if you use a lot.
