Some good tips there, watched the other videos where he is showing how to train body parts, they dont do too much, usually 1 warm up and 1 working set to failure.

Awesome, I'd love to meet him... My training partner wasn't happy when I told him I wanted to go to train the way he does, as he said it wasn't enough and thought I was joking.

I've always tried to go things properly rather than chase numbers, but have never tried the extra negative things. I did it last night with dumbbell curls, and can really feel it today. Starting to think I need a spotter now to take me up a level though.

I was the same mate, I hold the pause more at the top and slow back on the Negative and it feels real good, sometimes its a pain to rely on a spotter, but if you get a good one thats on the same level as you then its worth it and you will hit new goals.
