the mens health look for a Uk cover model was quite funny,they struggled finding one,unlike the American models they usually use

I love the fact that Mens Health seems to promote the pinacle of male fitness and is full of quick fix guides and healthy eating plans to make you look like their cover model, but does anyone actaully realise what the cover models go through to look like that on the shoot? They basically starve and dehydrate themselves for days on a diet of wine gums and red wine! It's not unknown for the models to be so weak when on shoot they have to sit down between photos as they can't physically stand and actaully pass out. Oh the irony

 

This guy is a Scottish bodybuilder who is notorious for having loads of implants, chest, arms, calves, the works. Looks terrible too, imo. No symmetry or proportion.
