cheat day today
anybody else have a cheat day on a friday?ive just had a cream scone from morrisons.got another for later.chicken tikka pizza for dinner and then rasperry cheesecake with cream for dessert.also just ate a full terrys chocolate orange and broke my back tooth on the last bit
i love my saturday morning chest/bicep routine.have a black coffee before i go and i feel like my body is on overdrive

saturday chest/bi's
cable cross over 3 x 10 of 20kg
bench press 3 x 8-10 of 30-40kg and rising
dumbell flies 3 x 10 of 10kg
dumbell incline press 3 x 10 of 15kg
ez bar curls 3x10 of 20kg
dumbell curls 3x10 of 15kg
bicep machine 3x 10 of 20kg
plus one more random bicep workout to mix it
i usually start of by trying a maximum on everything.like a couple 45k on the bench press just to see what i can do.each week tho im definetly going up the weights.il start of where i ended the week before.like the dumbell incline press 15k last week so il go up to the 17k the next.i prefer my form to be spot on than trying to throw up heavy weights and my form is shit.

I was on 20 stone when I started training and I am 17.7 now. Really wanna' get it into the 16's and I'll be happy. But like you said mate, for my own sanity a big bag of minstrels is coming up.
