Default just bought some creatine

bought some mono but i was offered at the store (GNC) some creatine serum pure, the lad said you dont need loading you just put 5 drops before a work out, theres no loading or nowt and would prob last longer than powdered creatine

any one else know about the Serum? isit worth giving my powdered mono back and getting the serum drops?

i used to use creatine until i started getting pains in my kidney area and pissing blood. guy in the shop informed me it had been linked to a few kidney failures in the states but not proven. i stopped using it , pain gone.

There is so much hype about creatine mate. Basically it narrows down to the fact that it all does the same thing with no better/worse results. I would stick with the powder and dont load up to heavy. Thing to remember is that once something is in your system putting a shed load more in is not going to make a huge differance. Its like the drug Dianabol. Ive made great gains off 30mg pd for 6 weeks, some say 'thats way to low' and start taking 50mg+ pd only to find gains are about the same as 30mg only they start to get sides. With creatine it can give bad headaches on high loads so start on a dose that you feel is good with yourself and keep with that dose for as long as you want to run the course.....dont take to much though and drink a at least 8 pints of water pd.

yeah i was concerned a bit with the loading period as i thought i dont want that much, i dont take reccomended amount for my protien drink i take a bit less and im doing alright

thanks for that advice as you hit the nail on the head for me
