Get emails from SS Health foods as it's where I get my Whey and creatine from and just read this. Seems like an almighty supplement but is it just bullshit do ya think??

nitric oxide does give good pumps but that is massively over priced!!

the main ingredient in nitric oxide is arginine, there is various types eg, di-arginine malate (which i use personally and find to be the most effective), L-arginine, arginine AAKG, AEE etc

Its best to stack them with some form of creatine as they make the pumps bigger and last longer imo

It works by expanding the blood vessels in your muscles, hence the bigger pump.....

have a look at these

Blueberries
Onions
Garlic
Sunflower Seeds
Herring
Broccolli
Tomatoes
Grapefruit
