Default does everyone take supplements??

Everyone in my gym is on at least one supplement, mostly everyone takes NO EXPLODE. Are these necessary? I`m getting on fine without them. I saw a fella in the gym who is like a stick lifting 320 kg on the leg press, even he was amazed he could lift it, all down to NO EXPLODE he said. Any views on this??

I take multi vits, fish oil, and my friend gave me some creatine to try too so i'm trying that. Otherwise i wouldn't actually buy supplements.

320kg isn't alot mate for the leg press, its only like 8 plates a side, i could do that last year at a age of twenty and all i was takin where just protein shakes and creatine. tell him to try and do that weight on the squats, i bet he cant even do half of that weight.

there are people at my gym that are doin 15 plates aside, that equals to 600 kg, now that is amazin but they are on juice though.

if your getting on fine without them then leave them, in my experience there just a way of ex bodybuilders trying to make some money since ther past their day. if you simply dont have the time to get the best nutrition you can, then supps are a good way of getting them, just dont get drawn in by the fancy slogans ect, if a single product was that good, then every1 would be huge

too expensive all that and when you stop taking them you will loose your size becasue your body then relies on that much protein intake. Do it naturally and just eat loads
