spots with protien shakes
As above has anyone had the same problems, at first i thought is from laying on benches with a sweaty T shirt, they are all over the top of my back and front of my shoulders, red blotches not full on white heads.
I stopped my protien shakes for a month as I couldnt afford it for a bit and noticed that they started to clear, but iv been back on it for a week now and they have started to come back. Different protien too.
when i was younger i had a touch of acne on my back and as soon as I went into the sun they went, but this year i thought they would do the same but nothing the just sat there annoying the shit out of me?

it's one of those things I suppose, you could try to drink a bit more fluid as that helps to keep skin healthier in general and see if there are any changes, won't be huge but it may help.

Think I got the same, but not through shakes.
I think mine is down to the attmosphere and moisture. I'm pretty sure it was worse over christmas when working out in a gym with a comfortable temperature and getting warmed up during the workout ... then going out to the freezing cold straight after.
The same happened in the shower. If I got out the shower and went straight out of the room, my skin would dry up a tad and red patches would appear ... if I stay in the bathroom where its still warm and steamed up, my skin is fine.
....oh, and it happens on my back and shoulders aswell.
In the summer time, it might not happen as the ambient temperature outside is slightly warmer, so its not a big hit from going from a warm building to a freezing cold outside.
.... all my thoughts of course
