Default need help, losing weight

hi guys

the weigth lifting programme is going well but i need to lose weights

whats the best? carnt really run, get bad shin splints

was thinking of 30mins to 45mins of steper/ lateral thigh trainer in morning. the wieghts in evenning and 5 timesd a week cardio, 45 mins to an hour. like rowing and kick boxing bag work and then fridays i do kick boxing classes.

any sugesstions on what to do or change?

you also need to cut down on carbs the trick to shifting fat is to burn more callories than you take in thus the body uses stored energy (fat) eat more protien (or drink it in m.r. drinks)to maintain the muscle you have and this also has the added benifit that the body works roughly twice as hard to digest protien as it does carbs so your also helping it to burn fat that way!!!!

yep

my diet is poridge in morning, bout 60g, then pro mr meal replacement, hogh protein low fat/cal, then normally chicken, veg and rice for tea. with the protein shakes morning and night.

that sound ok?

whats the class consist of?

"proper" kick boxing classes or wanky boxercise?

why not speak to your instructor for advice on weight loss? a good instructor will know everything about nutrition not just fighting.
