need help, losing weight
hi guys
the weigth lifting programme is going well but i need to lose weights
whats the best? carnt really run, get bad shin splints
was thinking of 30mins to 45mins of steper/ lateral thigh trainer in morning. the wieghts in evenning and 5 timesd a week cardio, 45 mins to an hour. like rowing and kick boxing bag work and then fridays i do kick boxing classes.
any sugesstions on what to do or change?
