Default Healthy Frozen Meals!

Hi as i'm fairly new to the gym etc i've been watching my food intake closely - takes me ages in the supermarket now coz i'm reading all the labels etc....but for the last few weeks in our local shop they have had the Heinz Weightwatcher meals on 2 for 1 offer so i stocked up on them and there actually not bad at all, i also bought some of them Birds Eye steamfresh meals and there nice too, i guess its not everyones thing like but given my lifestyle its the easiest thing for me to doo at the minute.
Does anyone else buy them or recommend similiar stuff.

Iceland have some good offers on i.e. 2 chicken breasts (microwaveable) in various sauces, high protein/low carbs/low fat, £2...very tasty and ready in 10 mins

also 60% lower fat beefburgers think they were a quid for 4
