is it your first cycle ever?

i noticed about 2-3 weeks in, but tbh its people around me that noticed more, had a comment off a mate the other week about how much bulk id put on in about a month, but then i was a skinny git

its good stuff, dunno if its the creatine or the phsychological elements of it but it does help you to push that little bit more

Mine was after around a week i noticed i could push myself a little harder...

Say i was normally doing 150kg leg presses, 5 sets of 8, i found i could almost "Suddenly" do 6 or 7 sets... Same went for curls and presses... quite wierd i found at teh time...

May all be Physcological, you never really know for sure if the chage was actually physical within you, if you follow?

What creatine are you using??
And when/how often do you take it?

Thanks.

i was using powdered monohydrate creatine til a few weeks back when i got borred of the taste so i recently looked into creatine bombs/tabs. After a bit of research i found some capsules that are apparently alot stronger, creatine ethyl ester.

the after workout pumps seem to last a bit longer on these as well

It affects different people in different ways. I thought it was unbelievable stuff. After 7-10 days i could lift on average atleast 25% more weight on every exercise no problem. The week after it was even more. The lad i used to go with was gutted as it didnt affect him that much at all. The main thing for me tho was normally when you finish a set your not looking forward to the next one, on creatine however i was hurrying my mate up so i could get back on the machine! I also had a strange feeling that i could lift any weight in front of me.
The down side is when you finish a course you feel like a girl cos all the extra weight comes off the bar and you cant be arsed anymore.
Ive never taken steroids but for me this is probably the next best thing.

I never found any huge strength gains but I could certainly train harder and longer.

However, I have noticed that the benefits have tailed off each time I use it. If this happens, stop wasting your money and don't buy it.

I had a 2 year break from it, tried it again and only saw a small benefit.

so what are the actual bennefits of creatine what is it designed for? a mate of mine has now started on it and told me it just puts water into your muscles and helps them rip and repair better along side giving you an energy boost, iv never really looked at it before as iv just always gone to my limmits and waited for my body to catch up but im a little interested in this stuff it seems like good stuff

i have always used prolab monohydrate.

just started loading cycle today (2nd time round)

Creatine is natural in the body and also found in some foods.
As an example, 1 teaspoon is the equivalent of about 8 steaks as steak is one of the foods containing the most creatine.

as said above, felt pumped every time i took it, even without training, but did also find my reps increased.
