Default 1.4 tdci fiesta 2004. Bleeding fuel system.

I have just replaced the injector seals/washers and put the car back together minus the air filter and surround. I have hand pumped the fuel (fuel bulb on fuel line)and the car (1.4 tdci Van) will not start. I cracked the fuel input to the injectors one by one and still nothing (fuel came out when engine turned over).
I am now at my wits end, am not sure what todo next? Does anyone have any ideas?
Happy New Year to all.

alot of fords need injectors reprograming when disconnected but i think your 1.4 is a peugeot engine so it should be fine ive had problems with these and the 1.6 when ive changed engines best bet is to give it a tow if you can and it will prob go
