Default overboosting! please help!!

ive got a fiesta turbo running t25,standard injectors normally running 10psi,however since yesterday its been overboosting running 20psi+...

i took the actuator off and noticed a crack in the diaphram so replaced it,its abit better but i cant get it to run anything less than 15psi and thats lengething the actuator arm by a stupid amount.

any ideas what it can be? ive checked the wastegate flap in the turbo looks ok,ive checked the pipe running to the actuator and thats ok too.

please help!!!!!!

did u get another standard actuator, or an uprated one, cus the uprated ones are for higher boosting engines and the lowest boost settings are higher

i got another uprated one,i noticed that the newer one had more resistence when pulling the arm than the old one so i swapped the springs around and it holds 10psi now

are there different spring ratings for these actuators then?? its a forge t2 actuator.

(ps am not running amal valve)

ive got another little problem now, missfiring when on boost but its like on and off, doent do it all the time so im guessing its a lead breaking down???

cheers lads
