http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ford-FIESTA-MK...QQcmdZViewItem
Im upgrading to a T3 and a grs front mount but im not using the water cooling on the turbo.

Yes they do fit but when doing a t3 conversion then you will need to move the rad forward to get the turbo in what ever rad you use so it's a case of just getting it in with room so that the turbo is well away for the rad as it will move a round and put hole's in the rad my rad (frst one) needed to go out a fair bit so it's fixed inside the slam pannel instead of the front which it easy but still work's

It's only saying it won't fit the fiesta turbo as using standard intercooler will not fit in as the xr2i cvh rad is longer and there's no room for the cooler but if you running a grs or any other intercooler the xr2i cvh rad WILL fit with a bit of messing around but so is the frst rad as with the t3 you need to move the rad forward anyway I know people that have used the xr2i 8v rad as long as your not running water in your turbo as the 2i one will not work the 2i rad will help for cooling as it's longer and can get more air to it and it's thiner so there's more room for the t3 and cheaper so if any thing go's wrong you can pick then up second hand for a Ł10

Fantastic conversion i ran one on my old fiesta then Blackierst ran one on his and they work fine and at the sum of Ł23 i payed for my rad, if you don't want to run water cooled then go for the fiesta si radiator but there is slight mods you have to do to get it plumbed in and fitted:
you have to cut into the front panal on the drivers side just so the end tank slots in so it leaves a gap at the opersite end for the intercooler pipes to slot through and you have to modify the hose from the header, basically just cut a section out and straighten it up and use a xr2i top hose, peice of p*ss to do and the temp went right down under half way, also the standard fan is to deep so i went for a spal 12" fan and that did the trick.
