so my s4 fucked up, battery was kaput

i backed it up and then sent it off

they put a new battery in it and did stuff to it

they sent it back

now it won't restore from the back up because the backup can't be found

Only help or advice I can give you is buy an iPhone Hope you get this sorted bud. Nothing worse than a faulty repair

On a serious note, i really dont know the answer to your question, hope you manage to get it restored.

If all else fails sign up to digital spy forums, they have a phone section full of geeks, you will get an answer within an hour.

 

Same thing happened witg ny iphone somehow my iphone synced over to my ipad, all content on the ipad was replaced with my shit of iphone, ios7 came out and all my data was lost once again, ios can be good if you only use one device per account, dont even start me up on that itunes bollox, get titanium bacup for the s4 or a cloud based bacup failing that I have a iphone 4s you can have for the s4
